Today, Scott introduced us to Las Cruces Biological Station with "Rodo".
First thing was breakfast at 630am in the dining hall. Breakfast was Rice and Beans with Scramble Eggs and Juice.
Afterwards, we met in front or the patio of Wilson Lodge where we all were introduced to the "Rodo". Rodo introduced himself. He actual name is Rodolph Q. Rodo gave us a tour of the plants species on the grounds of the biological statation.
I learned about the grandfather three which he has known to be here since 1941 and before when the land here was pastures for the farming cattle.
Next, I learned that if species had red and yellow color that was a warning that species on the Biological Station may be an indicator that its dangerous and possibly poisonous
